Paddle Cornwall Encounters

Kayak Trips, Kayak Hire & Stand Up Paddle Board Lessons & Tours and MEGA SUP Hire in Cornwall on the Fowey Estuary

Cornwall Tourism Award winner Encounter Cornwall has been running guided kayak trips and kayak hire since 2006 from The Boathouse in Golant at the heart of the Fowey Estuary and now with the addition of Cornwall Tourism Award Winners Paddle Cornwall SUP we are adding Stand Up Paddle Boarding lessons and Tours, two fun ways to get out on the water. Fancy something a little different, why not try the MEGA SUP available for hire daily..

Our kayak trips and SUP lessons and tours are an ideal introduction to the Fowey’s tidal waters, and are suitable for both beginners and experienced paddlers, offering an ideal opportunity to explore the Fowey Estuary. Kayak hire is also available to experienced paddlers.

For those who have never tried SUP our New 2 SUP is the perfect session for you. If you have tried SUP before then a SUP Taster & Tour could be the way to go, an opportunity to hone your skills and gain tidal knowledge. For those who are no stranger to SUP you may prefer a Tour and Explore Session with a qualified instructor as your guide.

Whatever your preference, Kayak or SUP, we have a session that will be perfect, just for you!
