SUP Ready is a brand new Paddle UK eLearning resource which has been designed for new and novice paddleboarders to gain the knowledge and confidence needed to get started in stand up paddleboarding.
It’s ideal if you are new to paddling and will help you to feel better prepared to get on the water.
SUP Ready is made up of 11 modules that you can go through in any order, in your own time.
This online interactive course is packed full of videos and learning tools covering everything you’ll need to know including:
Setting up your board, what kit you need, how to get back on if you fall off, what to consider when paddling on different types of waterways, travelling with your board and understanding the conditions for paddling.
The course costs £65 to complete but is available to Paddle UK members completely FREE.
