River and Dales Adventures is a small family run Outdoor Activities provider in the heart of Yorkshire.

Our range of activities are open to all ages and abilities and we will strive to create the perfect adventure for you, whether you are an individual, a family, a business or a charity.

We are a Personal Performance award provider, Paddle Safer award provider and run regular SUP taster sessions along the Leeds and Liverpool Canal on weekends throughout the year and holiday periods.
