East Yorkshire Canoe Club is based in North Cave, East Yorkshire. We are a large and active club, with over 100 members of all ages and abilities with an approximate 50/50 female/male ratio.All of our Officials and regular Coaches are DBS checked and have completed approved Safeguarding training.The club caters for most paddling disciplines. A calendar of events is available through most of the year providing activities for all levels of ability. We also have social events to cater for non-paddling members.We partake in most variations of white water, sheltered water, kayaking and canoeing, sea kayaking and paddle boarding. We are also looking to re-develop a Canoe polo team.The club meets on Saturday mornings at it’s base in North Cave, we have access to a lake and own a large fleet of open canoes, kayaks and paddle boards in a variety of sizes that are all available for members use – so you can try before you buy. The Club has recently been updating its facilities, this includes a changing room and a 'Eco Friendly' unisex toilet.
