Sheffield Canoe Club is a paddle sports club established in 1966. We have been paddling from Oughtibridge (north Sheffield) for over 20 years on our easy white water course/section of the Upper Don. The club aims to promote and encourage newcomers, beginners or experienced paddlers in the safe and sustainable participation of paddlesports. Safeguarding, equality, inclusion and diversity is at the core of our club, its policies and procedures.We welcome members of all ages and abilities to join as members and provide all equipment required. Sessions are on the river each week in Oughtibridge on Sunday mornings all year and Wednesday evenings during the summer. During the Winter/Autumn and Spring we run pool sessions at Hillsborough Leisure Centre on Friday evenings.
