We are friendly club based around Kendal in the Lake District, offering many canoeing opportunities for our members.These range from river trips  in the Lakes and Pennines and also local weekends for longer trips to Scotland, sea trips on the Cumbrian coast and weekends in the North East of England and Scotland.The club members co-ordinate and lead a range of trips for different abilities, including on sea, lakes and rivers. We also run pool sessions.Last year, we had over 230 club events – something for everyone.We offer weekly pool sessions at Kendal Leisure Centre. Some sessions are to practice kayak skills and some to play canoe polo.These friendly and informal pool sessions will allow you to pick up or practice kayaking skills, play canoe polo and meet like minded people. All kit is provided. We also play competitive polo matches with inter-club polo tournaments organised to give new and experienced players the chance to show off skills picked up at pool sessions.
