Wellington Kayak Club is a friendly local club in Somerset, welcoming paddlers of all ages and abilities. We run weekly pool sessions every Friday evening at Wellington Sports Centre from 8:15pm, where members can practice skills and participate in informal polo games. From September to April, we organise river trips on local waterways when water levels permit, along with occasional sea sessions. All equipment is provided for both pool and river sessions, making it easy for complete beginners to get started. New paddlers are always welcome - no prior experience required.
