Teignbridge canoe Club was established 1984 and is based on the seafront at Teignmouth. We are a very active Club currently with over 140 members and growing. During the summer months we run Club Nights on a Wednesday evenings mostly from Teignmouth. Summer trips include sea kayaking, paddlesport adventures, Super SUP, Kingfisher paddles and surf trips at the weekend. Winter months and our focus changes to river running and white water on local rivers. From sheltered water to grade 4, from Paddlesport Adventures, Super SUP, river running on grade 2 to white-water from grades 2/3 to grade 4."Adventures to Make You Smile" is our theme and with that in mind we offer local trips with bigger adventures across the UK, the Isles of Scilly and further afield. The variety of trips/events that we run in our programme encompass all paddlesport for all abilities.We run training for all levels from Taster Sessions to Start, Discover and Explore and Paddle Safer and for performance skills  such as Sea Kayak Award and White-water Award. We place huge value in our Leaders and Coaches and in their training ensuring that they are safe and competent to lead you on adventures. We offer membership subscription rates for Adult, Youth and Family, Student and our unique shore membership for whose who are taking a rest from paddling.This is our vision for our Club, and you can assured of a very warm welcome:"Teignbridge Canoe Club believes in respect for our members, our community and our environment.
