Club NightsWe run members’ sessions ever Tuesday evening throughout summer, and a slimmed down schedule over winter. These sessions are open to paddlers who have either completed our introductory course, or who are already competent paddlers.Introductory CoursesAimed at people just starting out in paddlesports, our introductory courses run over 3 Wednesday evenings, and are led by British Canoeing qualified coaches. Our intro course will take you to a point where you are comfortable coming on club nights where you can progress further.CompetitionsWe compete in slalom competitions, as well as freestyle and BoaterX. The competitions are open to all, and are run in an extremely supportive atmosphere. Let one of the coaches know if you’d like to try it out.TripsWe run trips away from Salisbury on a regular basis, sometimes to whitewater rivers, sometimes to the sea, sometimes to picturesque flatwater, it’s really a mixed bag! Our trips are open to any member whose ability reaches the requirement for the difficulty of the trip.Taster SessionsNot sure if the club is for you? Our 2 hour taster sessions (held on various Wednesdays throughout summer) are perfect for introducing you, and your family to the wonderful world of paddlesports.SocialsWe hold multiple socials every year, from our AGM (held in a pub) to our Wimbledon social – kayak tennis anyone?! We welcome all members to these events, and we work to make sure everyone has a fantastic time.
