Welcome to Bideford Canoe ClubBideford canoe club is an active family friendly canoe club purely run by volunteers and is based in North Devon. We make the most of our local facilities with regular kayak surfing, white water paddling as well as coastal and flat water river touring. The club is active throughout the whole year and is always keen to welcome new members.The club welcomes all ages, with a general minimum of eight years, as anyone younger does not fit the equipment we have on offer. Family membership is always a popular choice. Introductory work is done with winter indoor pool sessions, summer evening courses and weekend trips throughout the year. The main activities are kayak and wave-ski surfing, sea kayaking and both flat and white water river trips. Levels range from absolute beginners to expert.
