Seren Dwr are a competition club based at Cardiff International White Water. We specialise in slalom, kayak-X and freestyle. We train on Thursday evening and on the flatwater, 6c and 10c releases. In the winter we also have a pool session. Training is focused but also really fun! We welcome all ages and have a high proportion of juniors in the club, but we also welcome new comers to slalom who are older. Come along and see what we are about! Once you know how to handle your boat you'll be gently encouraged to compete at the weekends if that's something you want to do - and we have produced several really successful athletes in all three disciplines!
